Situated at the foot of the mystical giant MOUNT RUAPEHU Ohakune is the closest town for accommodation, après ski and exciting night life and also services the TUROA ski field which is only a 20 minute drive to the ski field car park. The WHAKAPAPA ski field is just 20 additional minutes drive around the mountain.

Situated on the doorstep of Mt Ruapehu, this championship 18 hole, par 71 golf course with a most recent NZGA rating of 71.9 makes it the third highest rating golf course in the Manawatu and Wanganui region.
The course has 4 sets of tees, 3 rated suitable for ladies and 4 for men so catering for all levels of golf.
